We wanted a chocolate we could apply to our mochas and manually make our drinks with a healthy product. We also wanted a chocolate from the poorest of countries that had a coop arrangement with a US company. We offer you flavor, plain strength and good health. Help us put this product on every table in the US.

Please note, these baking tablets may exhibit some cosmetic flaws (such as chips or broken pieces in the polybags). This is because we cast these bars in bulk for commercial users who melt down these tablets – these users are more concerned with obtaining Omanhene flavor at less cost than our individually wrapped 20 gram bars.
Each polybag contains Four 100 gram scored tablets.Each bag (400 grams) weighs 0.88 lbs. (Price is $12.90/pound) Manufactured entirely in Ghana.

Natural cocoa is quite strong. Its somewhat bitter, natural acidity makes it preferable for use in baking.
"Dutched" cocoa has undergone alkalization to reduce its natural bitterness. This smooth, rich and mellow flavor is ideal for hot cocoa and other chocolate drinks.
To substitute cocoa for unsweetened baking chocolate squares in any recipe, replace 1 ounce chocolate with 3 tablespoons cocoa plus 1 tablespoon shortening or oil.
To make one cup hot cocoa, mix 2-3 teaspoons cocoa powder with 2-3 teaspoons sugar and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. Add a few drops of water and mix into a paste. Add 8 ounces milk to the paste and heat. Great tastes all around!

Make hot chocolate creamier and richer almost like a meal.INGREDIENTS: 3 tablespoons of our Hand Made blended cocoa. 1 tablespoon white sugar(or substitute equivalent) 3 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk 1 (5 ounce) can evaporated milk. In a 16 ounce glass, combine Hand Made blended cocoa, sugar, sweetened condensed milk, and evaporated milk. Add water to fill the glass. Place in microwave and cook on High for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Stir and serve.
