It represents lots of work and patience because each lot has to be purchased specially. Some will have the taste it will get reviews for others may not. We waited years to carry a great Kenya.

Why Can't I I can't get the blueberry taste in my Harrar and can't get the raspberry tastes in my Kenya AA. What's wrong? Answer: We're proponents of hot air roasting but that doesn't mean you can't get these tastes on a drum or air roasting home machine. It all has to do with the controls you use. Each coffee origin and each bag of coffee green beans can be much different than another just like one roaster can be drastically different. So are the results from one person to another. Don't give up. Check to see if your local roaster can help.

Coffee Cupping Isn't It More Than Just To Go. Coffee and wine, are among items that are cupped. Every roaster and purveyor of coffee and tea should cup. It simply means a group of people gather to find common ground on what taste flavor aroma is for a coffee. This makes or breaks the livelihood of producers and other sellers. It's not just a fun event. When we cup we take responses & compare them to the Le Nez Du Cafe giving responders the chance to change their assessment. This is only fair. A website that breaks down some of the Kenya AA beans further. For a small fee we'd be glad to roast em and join us in tasting them. Samples must be at least 1.4 lbs each.

There is usually an agreement across a country sometimes the world among green bean suppliers, sellers, roasters, consumers about a particular coffee. What we do is spend one or two weeks calling and researching about a coffee to find the sweet spot of agreement. For our Summer inventory we were able to purchase a coffee that we could roast that met the now rising expectations about Kenya AA Gethumbwini  Estate .

You should purchase a grinder to get the freshest coffee. What they didn't tell you is that your beans have to be fresh roasted in order for your grinder to make that better cup you wanted. Millions of Americans spend seven minutes per day grinding their perfectly stale beans.
